SO disappointed with the encore
The rest of the show was awesome, and when it was time for the encore, I was so excited, but it was very disappointing. Instead of 2 songs, they only played 1 ("Notbroken"). That song is fine, but compared to what they played at the other dates, it just falls short. So no "Big Machine", and "Let Love In" didn't make it on the setlist either. I would have rather there not been an encore at all than the one they did. From their past shows and the setlists I saw online, I had just come to expect more from them.
I have seen the Fai Laci multiple times, and this show was completely on par with the other amazing shows I've seen... until the encore. The first part of the tour, their encore was 2 songs, usually "Big Machine" and "Let Love In". "Big Machine" is one of my all-time favorite Goo songs, and I have never heard them do it live, so I was very excited to see it showing up on multiple setlists from this tour.
All that aside, the rest of the concert was great. Same high energy and passion for the songs, as always. I had never been to this venue and I really enjoyed myself there. Looking forward to the next tour, but I won't look up the setlists in advance to save myself the disappointment.
